1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Bravènsa webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product range
Bravènsa sells clothing, shoes and accessories. We do our best to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, small color deviations may occur.

3. Payment terms

  • Payments can be made via iDEAL, PayPal or credit card .
  • The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping is done via PostNL or DHL .
  • Delivery time is 1 to 3 working days , unless otherwise stated.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 .
  • Bravènsa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Return period: Inside 7 days upon receipt.
  • The product must unworn, undamaged and with original labels are returned.
  • Items with make-up stains will not be returned.
  • Sale items with a discount of 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return costs are at your own expense.
  • Save the track & trace code good when returning the product. Bravènsa is not responsible for loss by the carrier.
  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days after receipt of the return shipment refunded.

6. Warranty & Complaints

  • Complaints can be submitted to customer service via email.
  • We respond to complaints within 2 working days .
  • No washing guarantee : Problems after washing are at your own responsibility.
